Prices are in Canadian Dollars based on costs at the time of posting. Prices depend on numerous factors including, fuel and exchange rates. If any of the costs increase, DMCI may increase the price of any item. DMCI reserves the right to increase or decrease prices and will make all efforts to advise of price increases at least 15 days prior to departure date. If the cost increase is more than 7% (excluding government tax), you may cancel your booking and receive a complete refund. DMCI strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking sufficient travel insurance to cover cancellation, interruption, baggage and medical expenses. NOTE that many countries now require proof of medical travel insurance coverage in order to be admitted into the country.For the Health & Safety of your Clients: Our vendors and service providers enforce the below policies at varying levels as required by the local health authorities as well as their own corporate (Health & Safety) H &S Policy for the health and safety of your clients. Clients will be required to follow the below policies or be denied services. There will be no refund if services are denied due clients declining to comply with the service provider’s H & S Policies. Besides this, the general requirements as listed by various hotels, tour companies, attractions, restaurants, etc. are listed below. Each hotel, venue, attraction, tour company, restaurant, etc. may choose to enforce their own additional health and safety requirements. These will be applicable to the respective clients and same will be communicated at the time of reservations. Face Coverings: All clients (ages 3 and up) are required to wear face coverings when on property and on tours. Any client who refuses to wear a mask will be denied entry to the property, on tours and any venue. As per government or vendor regulations, visitors are required to wear face masks. Health Screening: Clients may be subject to temperature screening prior to being permitted on the property on tours & at admission venues. Anyone displaying a temperature of 38° C or higher may be refused entry. Physical Distancing: Best practices in physical distancing will be implemented including the use of floor markers, directional arrows, communication signage, installation of plexiglass at service counters, and reduced guest capacity at all locations. Reduced Occupancy: Several of our vendors and service providers practise reduced occupancy to further enhance safety standard. Focus on Sanitizing: The property and all tour and admission venues have increased the cleaning frequency for high-contact areas using approved products as well as providing guests with access to hand sanitizer stations throughout the property. Travelled Outside Canada: Visitors who have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days may not be permitted to visit the attractions, the operator reserves the right to deny access. Contact Tracing: Hotels, Sightseeing Tours, Admissions venues, etc. may be required by Provincial & Federal Health Authorities to collect contact information from visitors. Our service providers operate in compliance of local, national, and international privacy policies and will not use email addresses for the purposes of marketing without the permission of the clients. Outside Food & Beverages: In the interest of maintaining health & hygiene standards, many establishments may restrict client’s bringing in outside food/beverages into their premises, establishments, facilities and transportation. Recuse yourself from this tour: In the light of the current COVID 19 circumstances, for the safety of all the other guests, you should not attend our tour or any part of it (if you are already on the tour) should you or anyone else who is/was in contact with you is showing any signs or symptoms of illness.
